Every piece — from a single vanity unit to a full kitchen — is confirmed, made and delivered with the same personal attention.
Enquiry & Specification
Send an enquiry from any product page, or via our general enquiry page. We reply personally, usually within one working day, to confirm specification, finish and price.
Order Confirmation
Once details are agreed, we confirm your order and payment terms by email. There is no automated checkout — every order is checked personally before it's placed into production.
Making Your Piece
Each piece is made by hand in our workshop near Cambridge. Lead times vary by product and are confirmed at the time of order — see the individual product page for current guidance.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery arrangements are confirmed individually and depend on your location and the piece ordered. Use the postcode checker on a product page, or ask when you enquire.
