These terms outline the basis on which Cambridge Bespoke accepts orders for bespoke and shop furniture.
Orders & Confirmation
Orders are confirmed personally by email once specification, price and delivery have been agreed. No order is binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Pricing
Prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT where stated. Delivery and any bespoke variations are quoted separately.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit required, are confirmed individually at the time of order.
Lead Times & Delivery
Lead times are estimates confirmed at the time of order and may vary. Delivery arrangements are agreed individually based on your location.
Cancellations
As each piece is made to order, cancellation terms are confirmed with you at the time of order and will be set out in writing.
